The 525 m2 countryside retreat is distributed across two floors and has a fully fenced 2,000 m2 garden. Its ground floor features a large entrance hall, an en-suite bedroom, a bathroom, a fully-equipped auxiliary kitchen, and a washing machine and fridge.
In the part facing the garden there is a large 110 m2 living-dining room, with a Smart TV and open fireplace, ideal for getting together with family or friends. Aquest saló disposa d’un espai amb sofàs i butaques per llegir i relaxar-se.
The lounge provides direct access to a magnificent veranda with a large table and barbecue.
En arribar a la planta superior trobem una còmoda biblioteca i també una gran cuina-menjador totalment equipada amb placa d’inducció, forn, microones, nevera, rentavaixella, batedora, torradora, espremedora, coberteria, vaixella i cristalleria.
The floor also features a living room with a Nordic stove. Here you will find a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with four bunk beds and two double bedrooms, one of them a suite.
The kitchen-dining room, the living room and the suite have direct access to the 100 m2 terrace with magnificent views.
As a curiosity, you can wake up in the bedroom suite overlooking the terrace with a view of the mediaeval castle of Foixà, or enjoy a beautiful view of it at sunset.

Our rural house is divided into 3 floors, at the main entrance we find a living room with a magnificent wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV and a spectacular kitchen-dining room with everything you need to enjoy your fantastic vacation.
On the upper floor is the rest area with 3 double rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds.
Prepare your getaway with your family or your getaway with friends, have fun enjoying nature. The house is surrounded by hiking trails, mountain bike routes, cycling and much more In the municipality of Molló we find Molló Parc, a park for native animals of the Catalan Pyrenees. Vallter 2000 just 35 km from the rural house for lovers of skiing, hiking or perhaps you want to practice mountain descent.
Maybe you just want to relax with magnificent mountain views in our garden. Be that as it may, we are delighted to receive you in our rural accommodation.
El Roure, a typical stone house of the Catalan Pyrenees. Located in Ripollès, province of Girona. The house has been recently renovated and is the ideal place for a family holiday or a weekend getaway with friends. Our rural tourism accommodation is located in the middle of the countryside and enjoys spectacular views over the charming village of Molló and, of course, over the mountains of Camprodon Valley and Costabona.
