Common Areas:
Washing-machine, barbecue, swimming-pool, garden, hammocks, sun beds, football pitch, trampoline and playground

Pets:
Pets are allowed, prior notice and depending on the type.

The house has got:
Bed lines, hand towels, bath towels, toilet paper, hand soap, table cloth, rubbish bag, dish soap, cleaning cloths, TV, wifi, air-conditioning, heating and 1 basket of firewood in winter.

Important Note:
At the end of the stay, the house must keep the same cleaning conditions.

SEASON INFORMATION

SUMMER SEASON

From the last week of June to the first week of September, with a minimum reservation of 7 nights or multiples of 7, always with arrival and departure on Thursday.

WINTER HIGH SEASON

All weekends that include a long weekend or public holiday. The minimum booking will depend on the number of days of the long weekend or public holidays.

OFF-SEASON

The rest of the year.

SWIMMING POOL SEASON

From June to September.

MINIMUM RESERVATION

2 nights.

Pets: a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per stay. Dog supplement: €15 per dog per stay.
